“ In Boston for my son's volleyball invitational and needed to stop for brunch beforehand. Looked up restaurants near me and 500 feet away was Cafe Landwer. What a blessing it is to randomly find a fantastic place to eat. The food was delicious, the tea refreshing, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere cozy. Our waitress, Makenzie P, was super sweet and attentive! Although the adorable table was a bit small, the two of us were able to fit all of our plates, cups, and other items on it. I highly recommend stopping by Cafe Landwer if you're in their neighborhood. ”

“ So good fresh, delicious ingredients. Every single item was great - best hummus, fresh pitas, chicken dishes cooked perfectly! Coffees great too... but really was just amazing. I had no expectation not, low just none...and now full blown fan. I have a high bar for fresh and good, I cook a lot and do not like eating bad food and paying for bad food, but every dish a 10, no corners cut, produce (all diff items) fresh and delish!!! Go Landwer. chill, clean, atmosphere - would describe as bistro ish. Also not to be downplayed, service was great and they cared which is so important if bothering to go out - it was busy, the asst manager zoomed over got us drinks introduced herself (jo jo) and just cared we got served quickly while they were jammed- common sense but sadly rare! Anyway was awesome food and service!! ”

“ A bit pricy, but the quality is fantastic. I got seated immediately and the food came out in a decent time. The chicken shawarma hummus bowl was what I got and it was good. For $20 I felt it was pretty pricey compared to getting shawarma elsewhere for the amount that is given. That said, I'd probably spend a bit more and buy an entree instead. The nutella rosalach was yummy but I wish I had gotten the oreo one instead. The restaurant itself is clean and well lit, so no issues there. I can see myself coming back to Landwer in the future. ”

“ Cute little Mediterranean cafe that offers both lunch and breakfast foods. I ordered the chicken Schwarma wrap and it was the perfect size for lunch. The pita bread it comes in is super fluffy. The standout of the dish was definitely the pita bread. The chicken was tender. However the ingredients in the wrap weren't very evenly dispersed. At the top was all chicken and at the bottom was all tomato and cucumber. ”

“ I went here with my friend who recommended it and it was phenomenal! It was more of a cafe vibe than a restaurant and had lots of fun hot and iced drinks. We got the cauliflower app which was HUGE and then I got the chicken shawarma sandwich with tzaziki on the side and we got the Nutella rugelach for dessert. Everything was 10/10. The tahini sauce on the cauliflower and the sandwich was amazing and I have leftovers for tomorrow. Loved it here, can't wait to go again and try their pasta and more drinks! ”

“ I ordered the famous breakfast with a side of turkey bacon and falafel to share with a friend, and it was a great meal for two. I loved the variety of plates, and they went so well with the hot pita. Each was delicious, but if I had to pick a favorite it was probably the skordalia with fried artichoke followed by the zucchini tzatziki. The falafel was also very good. I'm usually worried it'll be too dry, but this one was perfect and so flavorful. The service was quick and friendly. We came at 2pm on a weekday, so there wasn't any wait, but my friend said there's always a line on the weekends. ”

“ Walked in on a Tuesday morning and was seated right away. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is very bright and it is tastefully decorated. Food and drink came out promptly. Good espresso served with sparkling water on the side, the Italian way. Try their pumpkin waffles on their fall menu - it certainly didn't disappoint! The salmon benedict was also tasty. Overall would recommend for a solid brunch!! ”

“ Cafe food, decent coffee shop / diner vibe, but with unpredictable service. Pretty average diner spot here Food? I had the chicken pesto pasta (pre-race meal!) I'd give it a 6.7/10. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. I spent the morning trying to get a waiter to me for roughly 30 minutes - I came back later when their peak was over and had a pretty typical wait time. The ambiance is alright, but nothing too unique and slightly cramped. ”
